Start Your Blue Lock Career: Codes Not Working
Troubleshoot spacing, misspellings, expired and claimed codes, and conditional community requirements before trying another eligible entry.
If Start Your Blue Lock Career codes are not working, check the exact text first, then distinguish an expired entry from one you have already claimed. If the game asks for community membership, verify it on the account you are using to play. Repeating the same submission does not solve all three problems.
The Settings demonstration shows where codes are submitted; use the written checks below to troubleshoot the entry you are trying.
Fix the pasted entry first
Open the Codes hub and copy the entry by itself. Remove spaces before or after it, and make sure the reward description has not been pasted into Settings.
This is the quickest useful check because a missing letter can make a valid entry fail. Submit the corrected text once and read the response rather than changing several things at the same time.
Match the failure to a next action
| Possible cause | What to check | Next action |
|---|---|---|
| Typing or spacing error | The full entry against the Codes hub. | Paste the corrected text without surrounding spaces. |
| Already claimed | The game's claim response. | Move to another eligible code. |
| Expired code | Whether the entry remains eligible. | Use another code rather than repeatedly retrying. |
| Community requirement | Membership on the account used to play. | Join the requested community with that account, then try again. |
Community membership is relevant when the game asks for it. Do not assume every rejection means you need to join a different group.
Keep community reports in context
A Reddit post saying a code failed is not the same as the response on your account. The entry could have been mistyped, already claimed, or tried at a different time. Compare the actual string and your in-game result before adopting someone else's explanation.
For the menu steps, use how to redeem codes. For another eligible entry, return to the Codes hub. That keeps troubleshooting separate from searching for a replacement.
